Sam Rhoads is a Structural Engineer licensed in Maine, New York and Virginia. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of structural engineering and has been involved in construction and general contracting most of his life. Sam is particularly passionate about the restoration of old structures and creative structural design for new energy efficient houses. He enjoys working with the old housing stock in Maine and hopes to give many old structures new life while ensuring that any new structures are designed to last. Sam prioritizes quality and efficiency in all of his work. When he is not working, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his wife, their son, and their two dogs.
