Sam Rhoads, PE is a Structural Engineer licensed in Maine and Virginia. He has 10 years of experience in the field of structural engineering and 20 years of experience in construction and general contracting. Sam is particularly passionate about the restoration of old structures and creative structural design for new energy efficient houses. He loves the old housing stock in Maine and hopes to play a part in restoring as many old buildings as possible. Sam prioritizes quality and efficiency in all of his work. When he is not working, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
